- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, composition, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Evaluate students academic performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Encourage participation in debates, speeches, cultural programs, and literary activities.
- Support students with different learning abilities.
- Maintain attendance records and academic reports.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hindi or related subject.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred/required.
- Teaching experience in secondary or high school is an advantage.
- Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
