Role Description The Hi Fashion Ladies Garment Pattern Master is a full-time, on-site role based in Saraswati Vihar, focusing on high-fashion women's apparel. The role involves creating accurate patterns for ladies garments, translating design sketches into production-ready patterns, and adjusting fits and measurements according to different size ranges. Daily tasks include working closely with fashion designers and merchandisers, reviewing samples, making pattern corrections, and ensuring garments meet quality, fit, and style standards. The Pattern Master will also collaborate with production teams to optimize fabric usage, support grading and marker-making, and maintain clear documentation for each style. This position requires consistent on-site coordination with the design and sampling teams to meet tight deadlines and seasonal collection schedules.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong fashion-focused skills such as Fashion, Fashion Design, and an understanding of high-fashion ladies garments.
• Candidates should possess style and presentation skills, including Fashion Styling and an eye for current trends, silhouettes, and details.
• Candidates should possess commercial awareness skills such as Sales and Marketing to align garment styling with market demand.
• Candidates should possess technical pattern-making skills, including manual and/or digital pattern development, grading, and fit adjustments.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims, with the ability to work closely with sampling and production teams.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, measurement accuracy, and quality control skills to ensure consistent fit and finish.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with designers, merchandisers, and production staff on-site.
• Relevant experience as a pattern master or pattern maker in ladies high-fashion garments is preferred; vocational training or a diploma in Pattern Making, Fashion Design, or Garment Technology is an advantage.
