HFM Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key member of the HFM/FDM financial systems team.
• Develop and maintain all technical aspects of HFM/FDM applications.
• Construct metadata, logic changes, and data import routines.
• Design and develop web forms and business rules.
• Develop reports and perform general system maintenance.
• Build, modify, and enhance reporting systems, creating complex reports for global users.
• Conduct proactive reviews of application design and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure HFM and FDM applications comply with architectural standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HFM and FDM user issues; collaborate with the IT team for complex issues.
• Develop and update training documentation for end-users.
• Monitor project efforts, anticipate potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure overall system stability and optimal performance of HFM and FDM applications.

Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience in HFM/FDM development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong expertise in metadata construction, data imports, and logic modifications.
• Proficiency in web form and business rule development.
• Experience in designing and generating complex reports.
• Ability to assess system designs and recommend improvements.
• Experience in training users and preparing technical documentation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to address potential challenges proactively.
