The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving customer queries and complaints, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for generating leads, explaining products, following up with customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining records in CRM systems. Strong communication, customer handling, sales and persuasion, problem-solving, CRM, and basic MS Office skills are important. A graduate qualification is preferred, while eligible undergraduates and 12th-pass candidates may also be considered.
