Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Helper, based in the Pune Division. The Helper will be responsible for assisting skilled workers in day-to-day tasks, such as handling tools and materials, cleaning and preparing the work area, and supporting the team in completing mechanical and industrial engineering projects. Additional responsibilities include following safety protocols and maintaining an organized workspace to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle tools and materials with care and efficiency
- Understanding of workplace safety measures and protocols
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or industrial processes
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks in a workshop environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
