Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling client-facing responsibilities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via calls, emails, or ticketing systems
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely closure within SLA
- Provide excellent client-facing support and maintain professional communication
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of helpdesk/ticketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple client queries efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Client handling and stakeholder management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Experience in a client-facing or customer support role in an IT environment
