Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling client-facing responsibilities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients via calls, emails, or ticketing systems
  • Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely closure within SLA
  • Provide excellent client-facing support and maintain professional communication
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required
  • Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of helpdesk/ticketing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple client queries efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Client handling and stakeholder management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in IT / Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in a client-facing or customer support role in an IT environment
