We are looking for a dedicated and professional Telecaller & Help Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  2. Attend customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  3. Manage help desk support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  4. Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support.
  6. Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
  7. Follow up with clients/customers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

(a) Good verbal and written communication skills.

(b) Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.

(c) Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

(d) Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

(e) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

(f) Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or help desk roles will be an added advantage.

Education

Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Good speaking skills in Hindi and English.

  • Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
