Bid Process Executive IT
Key Responsibilities
·Bid Management: Lead the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals, managing timelines, and coordinating inputs from stakeholders (sales, legal, technical).
·Knowledge: IT products, bidding of IT hardware, Laptops, desktops, IP phones, IP Cameras, High End electrical fuse, and different electrical railway parts, UPS etc.
·Strategic Writing: Draft, edit, and tailor proposals to align with client requirements, using persuasive writing to emphasize win themes.
·Analysis & Compliance: Analyze RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements to ensure full compliance, including conducting risk assessments.
·Commercial Strategy: Collaborate on pricing strategy, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: 2+ years in the IT industry.
· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong editing abilities.
· Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities under tight deadlines.
· Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, potentially generative AI tools for efficiency.
· Analytical Skills: Strong research abilities to understand market trends and client needs.
