We are seeking a skilled Help Desk professional to provide top-notch technical support to our users in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be passionate about helping others resolve their IT issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Document and track support requests in the help desk system.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to users on new technologies and applications.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common software applications such as Microsoft Office and email clients.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
