Job Title: Help Desk Executive
Location: Vadodara
Shift: US Eastern Shift
Priority: Proficiency in English & Thorough Knowledge of Computer
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incoming queries via email/helpdesk system.
- Track, prioritize, and close tickets within defined SLAs.
- Provide support on CRM (Zoho CRM & Recruit) usage and any other tools that the organization uses to support delivery or sales.
- Develop proficiency in configuring and managing all internal tools and systems; provide effective troubleshooting and user support.
- Understand and utilize out-of-the-box reports; create and customize reports as needed to support business requirements and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot data errors, duplicates, and access-related problems.
- Assist users with navigation, updates, and basic reporting.
- Follow up with Sales/Delivery teams for timely updates if needed to support reporting requests.
- Perform regular data audits to maintain CRM hygiene.
- Ensure mandatory fields and naming conventions are followed.
- Highlight and correct data inconsistencies.
- Support daily/weekly reporting and dashboard updates.
- Validate data before sharing with leadership.
- Maintain tracking sheets and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and processes.
- Guide users on process-related queries.
- Maintain FAQs and basic documentation for common issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Sales Ops teams to resolve IT and or reporting issues.
- Ensure smooth communication and faster issue resolution.
- Support onboarding of new users on tools and processes.
Required Skills

Experience
- 1–3 years in Sales Operations, Recruitment Operations, or US Staffing coordination preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- 3-5 years managing tools and or software with configuration and reporting experience.
- Strong fresh graduates with excellent communication and technical aptitude may be considered.
Preferred:
- English or Communications Major.
- Microsoft, Zoho and Ceipal Administrator or related Support experience
