Role Overview
We are looking for a
Healthcare Consultant who can contribute to building a structured, scalable, and evidence-driven wellness system.
This is not a clinic-based consultation role.
This is a
system-building role in a health-tech startup.
Key Responsibilities 1 Clinical & Preventive Framework Design
- Help structure wellness protocols aligned with medical logic
- Ensure safety and evidence-based alignment
- Define health risk indicators and monitoring parameters
2 Gym Transformation Model Support
- Design safe wellness integration models for gym members
- Identify health screening frameworks
- Help structure referral pathways if required
3 Home-Based Care Structuring
- Define assessment templates
- Create monitoring & follow-up protocols
- Structure measurable outcome indicators
4 Cross-Dimensional Alignment
- Integrate physical, metabolic, mental, and other wellness pillars with healthcare logic
- Ensure programs are responsible, safe, and scalable
5 Documentation & Validation
- Support pilot case documentation
- Help prepare impact reports
- Contribute to investor-ready healthcare validation framework
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in medicine / physiotherapy / public health / lifestyle medicine / preventive healthcare
- Understanding of chronic lifestyle disorders
- Experience in healthcare systems or community health programs
- Comfortable working in early-stage startup environment
- Ownership-driven mindset
