Role Overview
Position: Consultant / Senior Consultant (HEI Accreditation & Advisory)

As an Accreditation Consultant, you will leverage your academic background to guide client institutions through the rigorous processes of NAAC, NBA, NIRF, and other regulatory frameworks. You will act as the subject matter expert, analyzing institutional data, identifying gaps, and streamlining documentation to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advisory & Strategic Mentoring
- Guide client institutions (Universities/Colleges) on the requirements, benchmarks, and metrics of NAAC, NBA, and NIRF.
- Conduct gap analysis of client institutions academic, administrative, and research profiles.
- Formulate actionable roadmaps to improve institutional grading and rankings.
2. Documentation & Quality Assurance
- Review and refine Self-Study Reports (SSR), Institutional Information for Quality Assessment (IIQA), and Annual Quality Assurance Reports (AQAR).
- Assist clients in setting up robust Internal Quality Assurance Cells (IQAC).
- Ensure precise data aggregation across all accreditation criteria (Curricular Aspects, Teaching-Learning, Research, Infrastructure, etc.).
3. Client Management & Training
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client faculty and management on accreditation readiness.
- Provide hands-on support during mock peer-team visits.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with institutional heads and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Education: Master of Engineering (M.E. / M.Tech) or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of academic experience as a Lecturer, Assistant Professor, or Academic Coordinator.
- Core Expertise: * Hands-on experience in handling NAAC (criteria coordination) or NBA (SAR preparation) within an institution is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of UGC, AICTE, and NIRF guidelines.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for client interaction and report writing).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
