Role Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and supervising material handling. They will ensure timely and accurate workflow and maintain safety and efficiency standards across all operations. The successful candidate will report on inventory status and streamline warehouse processes while leading and developing a team of employees. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with opportunities to move to Australia.

Qualifications

• Heavy truck driving experience is a must
• Supervisory skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and organize a team effectively
• Experience with shipping and receiving, including coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
• Proficiency in material handling and inventory control to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Competence in forklift operation and adherence to safety regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management software or systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to a hybrid working environment
• Previous experience in food or logistics industries is a plus
