URGENT HIRING – LIBERIA, WEST AFRICA

1. Heavy Fleet Mechanic & Auto-Electrician

Location: Liberia, West Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair heavy-duty diesel vehicles, concrete transit mixers, concrete pumps and other construction equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring harnesses, sensors and ECU systems using diagnostic scanners.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs and equipment safety inspections.
• Minimize fleet downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in heavy vehicle / diesel mechanic roles.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engine overhauling, transmission repair and auto-electrical systems.
• Experience with concrete mixers, concrete pumps or heavy construction equipment preferred.

2. Control Room Operator – RMC Batching Plant

Location: Liberia, West Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the RMC batching plant and produce concrete as per approved mix designs.
• Monitor cement, aggregates, water, admixtures and batching operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on conveyor belts, gearboxes, air compressors and mixing blades.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical faults, replace limit switches and calibrate load cells.
• Verify customer orders, batch quantities and production records.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure batch accuracy, plant safety and minimum production downtime.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating industrial control rooms, with hands-on mechanical experience.
• Knowledge of RMC batching plant operations and basic concrete mix design.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with batching software and computer-based plant operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
