Key Responsibilities: Project Engineer & Design Engineer
- Design & Engineering: Develop HVAC system layouts, detailed drawings (2D/3D), load calculations, and equipment selection (chillers, AHUs, FCUs).
- Project Management: Create project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Site Supervision: Perform site visits, inspect installations, and supervise contractors to ensure compliance with design documents and safety standards.
- Technical Coordination: Work with architects, structural engineers, and clients to integrate HVAC systems with other building utilities.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE).
- Commissioning: Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and handover to the end-user.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in HVAC Projects or project execution.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and load calculation software (e.g., HAP).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and energy management.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

- Experience with Greenfield/Brownfield projects and knowledge of HVAC systems in pharma, commercial, or residential sectors.
