About the Role

Freezing Point is looking for an experienced Head of Projects – HVAC to lead and manage our HVAC project execution team across multiple projects.

The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned, coordinated and executed safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality standards, while building a strong and accountable project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of HVAC projects from mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Manage and guide Project Managers, technicians and site teams.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site requirements in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, productivity and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve project execution issues and ensure timely escalation of critical matters.
• Ensure proper documentation, site reporting, measurements, billing support and project closure.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.
• Develop and improve project execution processes, systems and SOPs.
• Build a strong project team with clear accountability and performance standards.

Ideal Candidate

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution.
• Strong practical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including VRF, chillers, AHUs and related systems.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of project timelines, manpower, materials and site execution.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive teams towards timely completion.
• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC/Refrigeration preferred.
