Role Description The Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The supervisor oversees daily HVAC operations, including coordinating installation, maintenance, and repair activities for various systems. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to technicians, monitoring work quality, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and supervising troubleshooting of technical issues. The role involves planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, reviewing service reports, and ensuring timely completion of work orders. The supervisor also interacts with customers to address service concerns, provide technical guidance, and support efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading technical teams and overseeing field operations.
- Hands-on expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, commissioning, and system optimization.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC issues and implementing effective corrective actions.
- Experience planning and executing preventive maintenance for HVAC equipment.
- Customer service skills to manage client expectations, handle service queries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
- Knowledge of safety standards, energy-efficient practices, and industry regulations.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools and basic computer software.
- Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within HVAC or building services is preferred.
