Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and detailing HVAC systems for pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring compliance with clean room, safety, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing heat load and airflow calculations, selecting equipment, developing system layouts, preparing drawings and technical documentation, and coordinating with architecture, civil, electrical, and MEP teams. The engineer will support project execution by reviewing installation plans, addressing site queries, and collaborating with procurement and project management to ensure technically sound and cost-effective solutions. The role also involves participating in design reviews, updating designs based on client feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering standards and templates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

• Candidates should possess strong HVAC and HVAC Design skills, with experience in clean room and pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering and Calculations skills, including heat load estimation, psychrometric analysis, and equipment sizing.
• Candidates should possess Plumbing-related knowledge for coordination of chilled water, utility piping, and drainage with overall MEP systems.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency in CAD or BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for HVAC and MEP design documentation.
• Understanding of applicable codes and standards for HVAC, clean rooms, and safety in pharmaceutical facilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial HVAC projects is an advantage.
