Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heart and Lung Transplant Coordinator based in Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating the various aspects of the transplant process, including patient evaluations, managing organ donation processes, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include assisting patients and families throughout the transplant journey, coordinating organ procurement, and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines and institutional protocols.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Transplant Coordination and Organ Donation processes
- Understanding of Transplant procedures and Critical Care Medicine
- Familiarity with Liver Transplant and related medical protocols
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Completion of a healthcare-related degree or relevant certification is preferred
- Experience in transplant or critical care medicine is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure medical environment
