About The Opportunity
This is not a conventional healthcare or technology role.
We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between wellness, healthcare, technology, and user experience while helping HiWox build future-ready transformation systems.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment, solving problems from first principles, and helping shape the technology-driven future of preventive wellness.
First Month Evaluation Period
We believe long-term partnerships should be built through execution rather than interviews alone.
The selected candidate will spend the first month in Bhubaneswar working closely with the founder and core team to understand:
- The vision and long-term roadmap
- Wellness and transformation programs
- Existing operational and technology challenges
- User journey and engagement systems
- Product opportunities and future technology infrastructure
- Company culture and execution style
Candidates will be expected to arrange their own accommodation and living expenses during this period.
This month serves as a mutual evaluation phase for both parties.
Compensation & Equity Structure
After Successful Completion Of The Evaluation Phase
- Formal engagement begins
- Monthly compensation of 20,000 will be provided
- Additional compensation may be introduced based on business growth and contribution
- Equity participation will be discussed based on ownership, commitment, leadership capability, and long-term value creation
We are looking for individuals who prioritize long-term ownership over short-term compensation.
Key Responsibilities 1. HealthTech Product Development
- Help design and improve technology-enabled wellness solutions
- Identify opportunities for digital health, health monitoring, and engagement systems
- Work closely with developers and consultants to shape product features
- Data & Wellness Intelligence
- Build frameworks for wellness tracking, client monitoring, and progress measurement
- Help transform wellness data into actionable insights
- Support development of personalized recommendation systems
- Digital Health Innovation
- Explore emerging technologies in preventive healthcare, wellness, behavioral science, and digital health
- Identify innovative solutions that can improve user outcomes and engagement
- Contribute to the long-term HealthTech roadmap of HiWox
- System Design & Scalability
- Develop scalable operational and technology workflows
- Improve user journeys and engagement systems
- Help create technology infrastructure capable of supporting future growth
Who Should Apply
- 3+ years of experience in HealthTech, Digital Health, Healthcare Innovation, Wellness Technology, Healthcare Operations, or related domains
- Strong understanding of healthcare, wellness, and technology ecosystems
- Experience working with digital products, healthcare platforms, or technology-driven service models
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in startup environments
- Strong ownership and execution mindset
- Willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar during the initial evaluation phase
