Role Overview
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing positions across clinical and non-clinical healthcare functions. This role offers excellent exposure to hospital recruitment, healthcare staffing, and talent acquisition operations.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Handle hiring for hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, and diagnostic organizations.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
Clinical Hiring
Support recruitment for:
- Doctors (RMO/DMO, Specialists, Consultants)
- Nurses and ICU Nurses
- Allied Healthcare Professionals
- Lab Technicians
- Radiology Technicians
- Physiotherapists
- OT and Dialysis Technicians
Non-Clinical Hiring
Support recruitment for:
- Front Office Executives
- Patient Relationship Executives
- Billing Executives
- TPA Coordinators
- HR & Admin Executives
- Operations Staff
- Marketing & Finance Teams
- Support Staff
Talent Sourcing
Source candidates through:
- Naukri
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- Foundit
- Employee Referrals
- Social Media Platforms
- Job Portals and Databases
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
- Support offer rollout and joining processes.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Recruitment Reporting
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
- Update recruitment reports and hiring status.
- Track interview-to-joining ratios and closure metrics.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, hospital hiring, staffing, or consultancy recruitment preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment MIS and Excel.
