Healthcare Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Healthcare Specialist. The Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for providing healthcare services, conducting medical training, communicating effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and utilizing emergency medical technician (EMT) skills as needed. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assessing and providing medical care, along with a strong foundation in medicine
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and experience in providing emergency medical response
• Outstanding communication skills for effectively interacting with patients, families, and team members
• Experience in delivering healthcare training and mentoring others
• Commitment to patient-centered care and maintaining healthcare standards
• Dedication to working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant healthcare-related field
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
