Role Description

The Healthcare Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions and providing proactive patient care as part of LTIMindtree's healthcare initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include providing emergency medical assistance, engaging with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, delivering training sessions, and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Emergency Medical Training (EMT) and comprehensive knowledge of medicine and healthcare practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and professional teams
• Experience in conducting training sessions and educating individuals or teams in healthcare protocols
• Commitment to the highest standards of professional ethics and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Relevant certification, degree, or background in medicine, paramedics, or healthcare (preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams
