Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and medical support in alignment with organizational standards and protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering basic medical interventions, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and observations. The Healthcare Specialist will provide emergency medical support when required, assist in patient education, and contribute to health and safety initiatives at the facility. The role also involves participating in ongoing training, following regulatory and ethical guidelines, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and compassionate care.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess EMT skills and experience in emergency response or pre-hospital care.
Candidates should possess Medicine-related skills, including basic clinical assessments and familiarity with standard treatment protocols.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to participate in and deliver health education or clinical training sessions.
Candidates should possess core Healthcare skills, including patient care, infection control, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare or emergency medical services are highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Paramedical Sciences, EMT certification) is preferred.
