Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Specialist based in Mumbai. The Healthcare Specialist will provide expertise in emergency medical services (EMS) to ensure optimal care delivery, train and educate staff on healthcare protocols and practices, communicate effectively with patients and teams, and stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare technologies and methodologies. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare providers to achieve high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Background and certifications in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services and Medicine
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams
• Experience in providing and facilitating Training programs in healthcare settings
• Comprehensive understanding of Healthcare industry practices and protocols
• Ability to adapt to dynamic healthcare environments and demonstrate critical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare discipline or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with healthcare IT solutions is a plus
