data-driven, end-to-end wellness ecosystem focused on all
9 areas of wellness. The goal is to integrate healthcare, behavioral data, and real-time interventions to create personalized and scalable wellness solutions for individuals, corporates, and institutions.
Role Overview
This is a
core research + execution role where you will work on
health data, wellness models, and scientific frameworks that power Hiwox's products and services. You will bridge the gap between
clinical understanding, behavioral science, and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities1. Research & Framework Development
- Build scientific frameworks across multiple wellness areas
- Design models for preventive healthcare and lifestyle management
- Work on integrating clinical, behavioral, and lifestyle data
- Data & Insights
- Analyze healthcare and wellness data to derive actionable insights
- Support development of scoring systems, assessments, and reports
- Work closely with tech teams to structure data-driven solutions
- Product & Solution Development
- Contribute to creation of:
- Wellness assessments
- Health reports
- Intervention programs
- Ensure all solutions are scientifically valid and practical
- Collaboration with Experts
- Work with doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, and wellness consultants
- Help onboard and standardize expert-driven protocols
- Pilot Execution & Validation
- Support real-world testing of wellness programs
- Validate outcomes and continuously improve models
- Document learnings and build scalable systems
Who Should Apply
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, public health, psychology, or related fields
- Strong analytical and research mindset
- Interest in preventive healthcare and holistic wellness
- Ability to connect theory with practical implementation
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity

- 1-month NDA-based cohort to evaluate fit
- Core team agreement post evaluation
- Equity allocation after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
- 5-year vesting structure
