About the Role
We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US healthcare roles, with a strong focus on Allied Health and Nursing positions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of US healthcare compliance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare positions, primarily:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Other Allied and Nursing roles
Work on direct client, MSP, and VMS requirements, ensuring timely submissions and closures.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Ensure candidates meet US healthcare compliance, credentialing, and licensing requirements.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and client systems.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly placement targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support repeat hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
Strong experience recruiting for Allied Health and Nursing roles, especially:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Occupational Therapist (OT)
In-depth knowledge of:
US healthcare staffing processes
Compliance, credentialing, and licensing standards
Hands-on experience with MSPs, VMS portals, and direct client hiring.
Proficiency in sourcing tools such as:
LinkedIn Recruiter
Indeed
Monster
CareerBuilder
ATS platforms
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize requirements, and work under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality submissions.
