Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Remote

Experience: 1-4 years (Relevant Experience - in US Healthcare)

Note: Looking for US Healthcare Recruiters with AYA, Kaiser & Medefis experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare staffing.
• Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals for client requirements.
• Work on client accounts such as AYA, Kaiser, and Medefis.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate submissions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with AYA, Kaiser, or Medefis is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes and VMS platforms.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
