What You'll Do
- Source, engage, and place top-tier healthcare professionals into U.S. care settings.
- Build deep understanding of client needs, culture, and expectations.
- Proactively headhunt, screen, shortlist, and match candidates for niche healthcare roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job ads, interviews, assessments and offer support.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and reporting.
- Work independently, manage your pipeline and consistently exceed placement targets.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5+ years of proven recruitment experience (healthcare or U.S. staffing preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above).
- Tech-savvy, organized and detail-driven.
- Confident working remotely self-starter mentality.
- Ability to thrive while working U.S. hours (night shift).
