Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Recruiter role based in Noida. The Healthcare Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, understanding staffing requirements, and aligning talent pipelines with organizational and DEI+A goals. Daily tasks include using various recruitment platforms, managing applicant tracking systems, ensuring compliance with hiring standards, and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing targets and service-level expectations. The Recruiter will also monitor market trends, provide timely communication throughout the hiring process, and support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.

• Candidates should possess skills in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Communication to conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Communication to provide a positive, responsive experience to candidates and clients.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Relevant experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing agencies, or MSP/VMS environments is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate effectively in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
