Job Description:
- Take care of the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Identify candidates with the right skill set to match the client's requirements.
- Understand the job requirements in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
- Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
- Coordinate with the candidates for the interview timings and joining formalities.
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.
- Must pay attention to maintaining & and building the candidate database.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 Months of recruitment experience in US Staffing.
- Considering candidates from other domains (like IT, NON-IT, Clinical, Medical devices or Pharma) who are willing to work in core Healthcare.
