Healthcare Recruiter Consultant

About the Role

We are a growing healthcare recruitment team looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to specialise in UK nursing recruitment. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process for registered nurses, working closely with both candidates and healthcare clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for nursing and healthcare roles
• Source and attract qualified nurses (RGNs, RMNs and other Registered Nurses) across the UK
• Screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates
• Oversee candidate compliance and onboarding, including NMC, DBS and Right to Work checks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and healthcare clients
• Keep an active and well-managed candidate pipeline
• Meet recruitment targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years experience in UK nursing recruitment
• Proven track record of placing RGNs, RMNs and Registered Nurses
• Experience working with UK healthcare clients
• Good knowledge of NMC registration, DBS checks, Right to Work and compliance requirements
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
