What You'll Own

• Source & recruit RNs, Allied & Healthcare Professionals

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Screen, qualify & engage healthcare professionals

• Drive submissions, interviews & placements

• Build long-term candidate relationships

• Consistently achieve recruitment & placement targets

What We're Looking For

2–6 years of recruitment experience

U.S. Healthcare Staffing experience preferred

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Target-driven & highly motivated

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
