Position: Project Manager- Healthcare and Real Estate Sector Preference

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

PMP Certification: Preferred

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan, execute and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

·        Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.

·        Lead and manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

·        Monitor project progress, resource allocation, costs and quality standards.

·        Identify project risks, resolve issues and implement mitigation plans.

·        Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.

·        Provide regular project updates and MIS to senior management.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements and applicable regulations.

·        Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.

·        Conduct project reviews and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

·        Minimum 6 years of relevant Project Management experience.

·        Excellent English communication skills – written & verbal.

·        Advanced MS Excel and good MS Word formatting skills.

·        Fast and proficient computer skills.

·        Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and time-management skills.

· Own vehicle is mandatory for commuting/travel.

·        Willingness to work extended hours occasionally, based on project requirements.
