healthcare growth and wellness ecosystem focused on hospitals, clinics, and care providers. Our mission is to help healthcare institutions grow ethically by improving
operations, patient experience, revenue systems, and preventive wellness integration, while laying the foundation for scalable digital health products.
Over the next 68 months, we are focused on converting on-ground healthcare problems into
structured products, systems, and platforms that can scale across hospitals and regions.
Role Overview
As a
Healthcare Product Owner, you will play a critical role in translating real hospital and healthcare challenges into
actionable product solutions. This role sits at the intersection of
healthcare operations, technology, business strategy, and user experience.
This is
not a pure tech role and
not a clinical roleit is a product-thinking role focused on building meaningful healthcare solutions that actually work on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Problem Ownership
- Identify and define core problems in hospital operations, patient journey, revenue flow, and wellness integration
- Convert healthcare challenges into clear product requirements, workflows, and roadmaps
- Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and scalability
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with founders, healthcare experts, consultants, and tech teams
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and ecosystem partners to validate product assumptions
- Act as the bridge between business needs and product execution
Product Development & Execution
- Support MVP definition, iteration, and deployment
- Track product performance, adoption, and outcomes
- Continuously refine products based on feedback and real-world usage
Ecosystem & Long-Term Vision
- Help design modular, scalable healthcare products that can evolve into platforms
- Contribute to NPPD Care's long-term vision of a connected healthcare and wellness ecosystem
Who Should Apply
- Experience or strong exposure to healthcare, healthtech, hospital operations, or wellness systems
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in ambiguity and early-stage environments
- Comfortable working with equity-based teams and long-term ownership models
- Good communication skills to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
(Formal Product Owner titles are not mandatorypractical thinking and execution matter more.)
Equity & Engagement Structure
- This is an equity-based role with no fixed compensation initially
- Selection process includes:
- 34 alignment and discussion rounds
- 1-month NDA-based working cohort
- Core team agreement and equity allocation post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
- 5-year vesting structure
- Fixed compensation begins after funding and scale-up
