Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiters and Pharma/Non-IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Healthcare Recruiter Key Requirements

• Experience recruiting Local and Travel RN positions.
• Experience recruiting Allied Healthcare professionals, including PT, OT, SLP, RT, Radiology, Surgical Tech, and similar roles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance.
• Established candidate pipeline/network with the ability to generate candidates independently.
• Experience sourcing through Indeed, Vivian, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, healthcare databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  
  

Pharma / Non-IT Recruiter Key Requirements

We are also open to Pharma/Non-IT Recruiters interested in transitioning into Healthcare Support Recruitment.

Candidates Should Have

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Interest in recruiting for healthcare support roles such as:
• Phlebotomists
• Medical Assistants
• Patient Access / Customer Service
• Medical Billing
• Other similar healthcare support positions.
