HiWox is building a next-generation Personalized Wellness Intelligence Platform that combines healthcare science, structured health data, deterministic algorithms, AI, connected devices and expert consultation to create explainable, evidence-backed and personalized wellness intelligence.

The platform works across 9 dimensions of wellness and aims to convert fragmented health and lifestyle data into actionable recommendations, personalized programs, rituals, reminders and dashboards.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations Expert to help design and build the operational backbone of HiWox's healthcare and wellness ecosystem.

The role will focus on creating standardised, scalable and execution-ready healthcare operations across users, healthcare experts, wellness programs, HiWox Captains, partner organisations and internal teams.

This is a founding-level role for someone who understands healthcare operations and can translate healthcare requirements into practical processes, SOPs, workflows and measurable operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Healthcare Operations Design Design end-to-end operational workflows for HiWox's healthcare and wellness services, from onboarding to assessment, intervention, follow-up and retention.
• Standard Operating Procedures Develop SOPs, checklists, protocols and operational standards for different healthcare and wellness activities.
• User Onboarding & Journey Management Build structured processes for user onboarding, data collection, assessments, program allocation, follow-ups and ongoing engagement.
• Healthcare Expert Coordination Design workflows for coordinating nutritionists, fitness experts, mental wellness professionals, healthcare consultants and other domain experts.
• HiWox Captain Operations Help structure the operating model, training processes, checklists, escalation systems and performance standards for HiWox Captains.
• Partner Operations Develop operational processes for working with gyms, clinics, healthcare organisations, corporates and other HiWox partners.
• Quality & Compliance Operations Establish quality-control processes, documentation standards, escalation mechanisms and operational safeguards for healthcare-related activities.
• Program & Service Delivery Help operationalise HiWox's personalised wellness programs, ensuring that recommendations, rituals, consultations, check-ins and follow-ups are delivered consistently.
• Data & Reporting Operations Define operational data points, dashboards, KPIs and reporting systems required to monitor user journeys, expert performance, program delivery and operational efficiency.
• Process Automation & Scale Identify repetitive operational processes that can be automated through HiWox's technology, AI systems and digital workflows.
• Operations Performance Management Establish measurable KPIs, review mechanisms and continuous-improvement processes across healthcare operations.
• Healthcare Operations R&D Research emerging healthcare delivery models, wellness operations, digital health workflows and scalable operating systems that can strengthen HiWox's model.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in healthcare operations, hospital operations, healthtech, digital health, wellness operations or healthcare program management
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and service delivery
• Experience creating SOPs, operational systems, processes and quality frameworks
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working with technology, dashboards, data and digital workflows
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Ability to build systems from scratch in an early-stage environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of a core business function
  
  

Engagement Terms

• Equity-based founding position
• 20–25 hours/week
• Remote / Hybrid
• No fixed salary at the current stage
• Fixed compensation to be introduced after funding and revenue stabilisation
• Equity based on contribution, responsibility, expertise and long-term commitment
• Core founding team equity subject to a 5-year vesting structure

What You Will Build

You will help build the Healthcare Operations Engine of HiWox — the processes, people, workflows, SOPs, quality systems and operational infrastructure required to convert HiWox's technology and healthcare intelligence into a reliable, scalable and high-quality user experience.
