• 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM

Job Description:

We are looking for Healthcare Operations Associates to support health payer operations, including member enrollment, premium billing, payment application, provider demographic data updates, and core medical claim processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle health payer member enrollment and maintenance activities.
• Process premium billing and payment-related transactions accurately.
• Update and maintain provider demographic information.
• Support medical claim processing and related healthcare operations.
• Respond to member and provider queries through appropriate channels.
• Track, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries within defined timelines.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance with healthcare processes.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational/flexible evening shifts.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
