Job Title: Healthcare Onboarding & Credentialing Specialist

Location: Indore, MP (On-site)

Shift: US Business Hours (Night Shift)

Experience: 12-24 Months in US Healthcare Onboarding/Credentialing

Role Overview

Infireex is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Onboarding & Credentialing Specialist to join our Indore team. You will be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals (Nurses, Allied Health, Physicians) as they transition from Offered to Hired. Your goal is to navigate the complexities of US healthcare regulations, ensuring every provider is fully credentialed, compliant, and ready to start their assignment on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for healthcare professionals, including document collection, background checks, Medical records, and drug screenings.
  • Primary Source Verification: Verify provider credentials including state licenses, certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.), diplomas, and work history through primary sources.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all files meet Federal, State, and Client-specific requirements (e.g., Joint Commission/TJC standards).
  • Portal Management: Maintain and update provider data in credentialing software and vendor portals (e.g., ShiftWise, AYA, Medefis, HealthTrust or proprietary ATS).
  • Liaison & Coordination: Act as a bridge between the recruitment team, the healthcare provider, and US-based client facilities to resolve any compliance bottlenecks.
  • Expiry Tracking: Proactively monitor and follow up on expiring documents to prevent service interruptions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience specifically in US Healthcare Onboarding / Credentialing.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory, as you will be interacting daily with US-based providers and clients.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with US healthcare terminology, tax forms (W-4, I-9), and medical compliance (Immunizations, PPD, Physicals).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in legal documents and medical records.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office (Excel is a must) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
