About Script Assist
Script Assist is building the operating system for private healthcare - starting with medical cannabis and expanding into GLP-1s, TRT, ADHD, and next-generation therapies. We already process 25,000+ prescriptions per month and are growing 10%-20% month on month. This is real scale, real operational complexity, and real consequences. This is not a prototype, internal tool, or early-stage MVP. It is real production software used every day in a regulated environment where correctness, reliability, auditability, and workflow accuracy matter.
This is not simple SaaS Customer Success. Script Assist delivery is much closer to a hospital-grade EHR / EMR / HIS / clinical systems environment than generic SaaS. The work involves configurable workflows, multi-stakeholder governance, incidents that need calm ownership, workflow optimisation and change control, and post-go-live account leadership across live healthcare operations.
The Role
You will be the accountable owner of a portfolio of live enterprise UK customers. You will be involved during implementation to absorb context, and then take ownership of the account after go-live. This is similar to EHR customer success, client services, service delivery, customer program management, and post-go-live enterprise ownership - but inside a fast-scaling health platform.
What You'll Do
Own live enterprise accounts with governance and control.
Lead escalations and major incidents from triage through resolution and client communication.
Own workflow optimisation and change control across configurable workflows.
Drive adoption and account growth across workflows, sites, teams, modules, and therapies.
Act as the internal voice of the customer without creating noise.
Who We're Looking For
Strong fit if you come from Oracle Health / Cerner Millennium, Epic or the Epic partner ecosystem, Allscripts / Altera, InterSystems, Meditech, GE Healthcare Digital, Dedalus, or a similar healthcare IT vendor / SI environment.
You should have owned enterprise customer accounts post go-live, worked around configurable clinical workflows, handled incidents and escalations, run governance cadence, and managed change control and workflow optimisation.
Excellent English, executive-safe communication, and calm judgement under pressure are essential.
