About the Role
We are seeking Healthcare Experts – AI Assessment (Freelancers) to help improve how AI models understand, evaluate, and reason about healthcare-related information, clinical decision-making, patient care, medical research, and evidence-based medicine.
In this role, you will leverage your healthcare expertise to assess AI-generated outputs, develop expert reference responses, evaluate clinical reasoning, and provide structured feedback that helps improve the safety, accuracy, and reliability of advanced AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated healthcare and medical responses for accuracy, safety, and clinical relevance
- Develop expert-level reference responses aligned with evidence-based guidelines and best practices
- Assess AI reasoning across a variety of healthcare scenarios and patient care situations
- Review and assess topics including:
- Grade AI outputs using structured rubrics and evaluation frameworks
- Identify inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, reasoning gaps, and guideline deviations
- Provide detailed written feedback to support AI model improvement
- Participate in onboarding sessions, calibration exercises, and quality review programs
- Collaborate with AI researchers and healthcare experts to improve model performance
Preferred Qualifications
- MBBS, MD, DNB, DO, PharmD, BDS, MDS, Nursing, Public Health, Life Sciences, or equivalent healthcare-related qualification
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines, healthcare workflows, and medical literature
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills
- Prior experience in AI evaluation, annotation, quality assurance, or expert review projects is a plus
- Interest in artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation
