Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Healthcare Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will assist users with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience while coordinating with internal teams.

You will be part of the Diabetes Helpline Team, providing post-sales support and services for patients having CGM devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from clients.
• Assist customers with service-related queries, appointment scheduling, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, and program offerings.
• Resolve or escalate customer issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.
• Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Follow up with clients to ensure queries are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company processes, service standards, and turnaround times (TATs).

Requirements

• Qualification: BSc/ BHSc/ Dietician/ Nutritionist/ Any other Science background
• Experience: 1–3 years in customer support / help desk / client servicing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/tools
• Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
• Language Preference- Hindi, English, Malayalam
