Job Description

Transcribe audio recordings dictated by attorneys, judges, paralegals, or other legal professionals into written legal documents.
Prepare, edit, and format documents such as:
- Court proceedings and hearings
- Depositions
- Pleadings and motions
- Affidavits
- Contracts and agreements
- Legal correspondence
- Police reports and investigation notes
- Arbitration and mediation transcripts
Ensure correct use of legal terminology, grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
Apply client-specific templates, styles, margins, and formatting requirements accurately.
