Healthcare Data Modeler

Job description

JD : data modeler with healthcare domain experience:

1. Should have 10+ years of experience.

2. At least 5+ years on data modelling. Should have developed data models for analytical systems (e.g., design and develop data warehouses & data marts/dimensional data models)

3. Must have designed and developed data models for healthcare clients. At least 2 to 3 years work experience in designing data models for Provider (or) Payer clients and having domain (Payer/Provider) understanding is a must. US healthcare is preferred.

4. Ability to understand metadata dictionaries and able to conduct source-to-target data / metadata mapping activities independently and work collaboratively with the client stakeholders, data owners, and cross functional teams.

5. Ability to drive discussions/workshops and work with client business representatives, data owners, and application designers independently to ensure data models meet business requirements.

6. Work with the development teams to implement data warehouse / data marts / reporting data models.

7. Proficient in SQL to query databases, create tables, and manage data relationships and creating overall data models in the system.

Job Location:Pune, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore or PAN India

Other capabilities:

• Good to have hands-on experience on data modelling tools such as Erwin etc.
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL concepts, techniques, and tools
• Develop and enforce best practices and standards for data pipeline development, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
• Optimize and tune data pipelines for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with client stakeholders.
