  • Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Care Coordinator to join our growing US Healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for enrolling patients into Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), and other Clinical Care Coordination programs while ensuring exceptional patient engagement and service delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to work in the US time zone.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact eligible patients and explain CCM, RTM, and Clinical Care Coordination programs.
  • Enroll patients into healthcare programs by clearly communicating benefits and services.
  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, physicians, and healthcare staff.
  • Coordinate patient onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, EHR, and other healthcare systems.
  • Meet monthly enrollment, conversion, and performance targets.
  • Address patient concerns and ensure high patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve patient outcomes.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience in US Healthcare, Patient Coordination, Medical Calling, CCM, RTM, RPM, or Healthcare Sales preferred.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with patients.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM/EHR systems.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be willing to work remotely.
  • Must be available to work in the US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
  • Stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Excellent spoken English is mandatory.

  • Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in CCM (Chronic Care Management).

Knowledge of RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring) and RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring).

Experience working with Medicare patients.

Understanding of US Healthcare processes and compliance standards.
