We are looking for a Healthcare Consultant at Milliman India.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

• Support client projects across healthcare strategy, transformation, and analytics
• Contribute toassessments, benchmarking, problem solving, and opportunity identification
• Help develop business cases, operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plans
• Supportinitiativesacross operations, technology, and governance in healthcare settings

Value-Based Care & Payment Models

• Support the design ofhealthcare financingand value-based caremodels
• Analyze trade-offs acrosscost, quality, access, and stakeholder incentives
• Contribute to frameworks for provider performance, reimbursement, and population health management

Analytics & Insights

• Translate business questions into structuredanalyticalapproaches
• Work with healthcare data to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities
• Turn analysis into clearrecommendationsand client-ready materials

Operations & Improvement

• Support reviews ofclinical and administrative workflows
• Identify improvement opportunities in cost, utilization, efficiency, and quality
• Contributeto processimprovementand change initiatives

Client Collaboration

• Work with client stakeholdersandinternal teams across the project lifecycle
• Participate in workshops, interviews, and solution design discussions
• Present findings in a clear and thoughtful way

Team Contribution

• Contribute toproposals andinternal initiatives when needed
• Build knowledge in areas such as value-based care, digital health, and healthcare financing
• Share knowledge and support team development.

Education

• MBBS / BDS / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Nursing / Allied Health
• Or MPH / MBA (Healthcare) / Health Economics or related discipline

Experience

• 2-6 years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, analytics, payer-provider settings, or a related healthcare domain
• Experience in one or more of the following would be valuable:
  • Healthcare financing or reimbursement models
  • Value-based care or population health
  • Exposure to international healthcare systems, especially the US or GCC, is a plus
