Job Description

Develop and implement regional Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Establish consistent incident reporting, risk management, corrective action tracking, and performance measurement systems.
Provide expert safety guidance to project managers, engineers, and field-based technical teams.
Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across APAC operations.
Partner with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to safety requirements and industry standards.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, injury management initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
Deliver training, coaching, and safety awareness initiatives to strengthen organisational safety culture.

The Successful Applicant

Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of Health & Safety experience within technical services, engineering, construction, critical infrastructure, data centres, industrial projects, or related environments.
Demonstrated success building, implementing, or enhancing Health & Safety management systems.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks across APAC markets.
Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, permit-to-work reviews, and site safety assessments.
Ability to engage stakeholders effectively across operational, management, and client-facing environments.
Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent would be advantageous.
Willingness to travel across the Asia-Pacific region as required.
