Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Engineer. The HSE Engineer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving health, safety, and environmental practices within the organization. Daily tasks include conducting safety assessments, training employees on EHS protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations, and recommending safety measures. The engineer will also develop and review safety policies, promote occupational health best practices, and manage safety engineering initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) practices.
  • Background in Occupational Health and experience in Safety Engineering.
  • Capability to design and deliver Training sessions on EHS principles and protocols.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline is preferred. Certifications in EHS or safety standards (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are advantageous.
