This is a full-time on-site role for an EHS Plant Head, based in Noida. The EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, managing production planning, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and achieving production targets. The role involves close collaboration with teams to maintain smooth production processes, develop and manage budgets, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The EHS Plant Head will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency and driving sustainable practices within the organization.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Proficiency in Production Planning and effective execution of strategic operations
• Expertise in Quality Control to ensure high standards and compliance with industry benchmarks
• Competence in Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize costs and manage production effectively
• Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced qualifications preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing, environmental, or engineering industries is a plus
