This involves tasks like processing applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as maintaining accurate member records. The goal is to enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities. The role may also involve organizing events, communicating benefits, and addressing member inquiries. Effective membership management is crucial for the growth and sustainability of the organization. Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.
What are we looking for Candidates with 12 to 16 years of experience in Provider / Member / Claims / Credentialing or overall Healthcare domain. Strong people management skills, with experience handling 150+ employees. Proven client-facing experience. Educational qualification: Any degree except PG or B.Tech. Excellent communication skills (clear and effective verbal and written communication). Strong analytical skills. Good comprehension skills. Candidate must be based in Chennai and within the transport boundary. Willingness to work night shifts. Ready to work from office on a daily basis.
- Perform analysis and resolve low-complexity issues.
- Day-to-day interactions will be primarily with peers within Accenture, before escalating updates to supervisors.
